What happens, when you are contacting us?

You are either looking for our service partners in your country.

We will transmit your inquiry to your service partner next to you in your country for further action.
Our service partner will analyse your individual needs and recommend you the most approrpiate reading solution.

In most cases, our products will be demonstrated and explained. At home, at school or university. At work.

In Germany, our medical sales reps make appointments for demonstration at home, at school or university or at work.

Or, you visit us personally in our Headquarters.

We are happy to assist you in finding the most appropriate reading system for you.

We analyse your individual needs based on your demand. You can be sure, we will find the right system that brings you back the fun of reading.

We will check to find an appropriate service partner in your country in order to ensure immediate action if service shall be required.
We will also check for reasonable transport cost.
We will update you with delivery dates, transport cost, service partners, etc.

Once an order has been placed, our production department will be informed immediately.

Before your product will be delivered, the following happens:

All parts for your product will be ordered from our warehouse and will be put together.

Every single part will be pre- and end assembled. All hand made!

Every single unit will be carefully checked and tested. The systems will be updated with the newest software and will be fine tuned.

For at least two days, all systems will be tested under strong conditions to make sure they will run properly.

Should any problem occur during these strong testings, the unit will go back to the fine tuning department. If necessary, the one or other component will be replaced and re-tested for at least another two days.en Dauertest.
Your satisfaction is of concern to us. That's why we make sure, only best tested reading systems will leave our company.

After once a system has survived all of these strong quality tests, it will come to the packaging deparment, where special export packaging make sure, that no transport damages will happen.

You will be informed about the status of delivery!
