In case your Reinecker product needs service

Thank you for having purchased a high quality Reinecker product. We take great pride in our products and their workmanship. For that reason, your Reinecker product has been granted a 24months limited in-house warranty *1. Your satisfaction is of concern to us and our objective is to be certain that the product you have purchased provides you with both quality and value. However, please note that while our products are handcrafted using the finest materials and the recent technology available, our warranty is not unconditional. Our warranty does not cover product damage that may result from abuse of the product, normal wear and tear, or damage by common carrier or airline. Our warranty also specifically excludes lamps, batteries, etc. We respectfully rerserve the right, at our option, to repair or replace your magnifying system.

For warranty and repair evaluation, simply send the product to us or to your local dealer. We take care for the rest. We will professionally repair it, or, in the event a repair is not possible or not economical, to replace it with a similar item.

Please also describe the problem as detailed as possible. This is time saving to us and helps to reduce time for repair. It is also important that you ship the complete unit and plugs, cables, etc. as the problem with your unit might be caused by one of those accessories.
